One day, I was working in The GIMP and came across this.
gimp-2.4.exe - No Disk There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive E:. [cancel] [Try Again] [Continue]
Why?
I pressed Continue.

I pressed Try Again.

I pressed Cancel. Photoshop crashed.
Reproduction:
Windows - No Disk Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c [Cancel] [Try Again] [Continue]
In other words, "An error occurred while displaying the previous error."
I pressed Continue. Photoshop closed.
dwwin.exe - Application Error The application failed to initialize properly (oxc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application. [OK]
Everything returned to normal. Except one thing. Somewhere in there, this appeared:
Exception EOSError in Module FSCapture.exe at 0000E3EE. System Error. Code: 2. The system cannot find the file specified.
